DESCRIPTION
Prometheus is tormented by the Caucasian eagle. The Titan is depicted as a beardless, naked man with long locks of knotted hair, bound by the wrists and ankles to a stake. The eagle is perched upon his lap and tears at his chest with its beak. Blood from the wound drips to the ground.
