SUMMARY

Tondo: A Mainas Nymphe with her head thrown back in the orgiastic dance of the god Dionysos. She is draped with a panther skin cloak, and holds a live cub and thyrsos (pine cone tipped staff). Her hair is bound with a live serpent.
