DESCRIPTION
Heracles leads Cerberus, the hound of Hades, forth from the underworld. The hero holds a club in one hand and a lead in the other. The three-headed dog emerges from an arching cave. This scene is part of a larger mosaic depicting the Twelve Labours of the hero.
